Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day. Processing typically takes 3-7 business days for large outdoor items.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship only to addresses within the contiguous United States. We partner with:

  • Small Parcels (Chairs, Small Tables): USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Freight Items (Pergolas, Large Sets): Specialized freight carriers (e.g., FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, SAIA, XPO)

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Costs: Calculated in real-time at checkout. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying small items.

  • Times: Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in the FAQ. These are carrier estimates and not guarantees.

4. Delivery Process for Freight Items

  • The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Please provide a valid phone number.

  • Standard delivery is curbside or to your driveway (threshold delivery) . The driver will not bring the item inside or upstairs unless prior arrangements (and additional fees) have been made.

  • Inspection is critical: Before signing the delivery receipt, inspect all packages for visible damage. If damage is visible, note it clearly on the delivery receipt ("Package damaged - subject to inspection") and take photos.

5. Shipping Damages & Claims
For concealed damages discovered after the driver leaves:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours.

  2. Provide clear photos of the damage and all packaging.

  3. Save all packaging for potential inspection.
    We will assist in filing a freight claim. Claims can take time to resolve.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it without penalty. After 24 hours, if the order has entered processing, a cancellation fee may apply. Large items may have a restocking fee if canceled after processing begins.
