1. How long does shipping take, and how are large items shipped?

  • Shipping: Outdoor chairs and small tables may ship via parcel carrier (5-10 business days). Balcony pergolas and large furniture sets ship via freight carrier (7-20 business days delivery).

  • Freight Delivery: The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is typically to your curb, driveway, or first dry area (threshold delivery).

2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary greatly by item size and destination:

  • Outdoor Chairs & Small Tables: Standard shipping rates apply; free shipping may be available over a certain amount.

  • Balcony Pergolas & Large Sets: Shipping is calculated based on your ZIP code and item dimensions/weight. These are separate freight charges shown at checkout. Costs can be significant.

3. Do you offer assembly or installation services?
We do not offer assembly or installation services. All products require customer assembly. Pergolas typically require significant assembly and may require two people. Tools and instructions are included.

4. What are the dimensions and weight capacity of the products?

  • Outdoor Chairs: Dimensions (HxWxD) and weight capacity (usually 250-400 lbs) are listed in each product description.

  • Outdoor Tables: Dimensions (LxWxH) and weight capacity for the tabletop are provided.

  • Balcony Pergolas: Exact dimensions (including height, width, depth, and roof overhang) are critical. Please measure your balcony/space carefully before ordering.

5. What materials are your products made of?
All products are designed for outdoor use with weather-resistant materials:

  • Outdoor Chairs & Tables: Frames: Powder-coated aluminum, steel, wrought iron, treated wood (acacia, eucalyptus), or all-weather resin wicker. Seats/Cushions: UV-resistant fabric (polyester, olefin), quick-dry foam.

  • Balcony Pergolas: Frames: Powder-coated aluminum or steel, treated wood. Canopy/Roof: UV-protected polyester, polycarbonate, or shade cloth. Hardware: Rust-resistant stainless steel or coated metals.

6. Are the cushions and fabrics waterproof/UV resistant?

  • Cushions: Most are water-resistant (repels water) but not fully waterproof (submersion). They are designed to withstand light rain but should be brought inside or covered during heavy rain. Cushions typically have zippers for removable covers that can be cleaned.

  • Fabrics: Treated for UV resistance to prevent fading from sun exposure.

  • Pergola Canopies: Designed to provide shade and are typically water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Heavy rain may still cause some water seepage.

8. Should I cover or store my furniture during winter?
Yes, we strongly recommend:

  • Using high-quality, waterproof furniture covers during off-seasons.

  • Storing cushions indoors (garage, shed) during winter and prolonged bad weather.

  • Disassembling pergola canopies and storing them indoors during winter to extend their life.

9. Does the balcony pergola require a permit for installation?
Permit requirements vary by city, county, and HOA. It is your responsibility to check local building codes and HOA rules before purchasing and installing a pergola. We are not responsible for any permit violations.
